The local people of Kamiyama have a lot of knowledge and traditional skills which they would like to pass down to others. You can enjoy several different culinary workshops such as making plum syrup, pickled plums, dressings with sudachi, or miso made with yuzu. And there are also crafts workshops where you can learn, for example, how to make traditional Japanese new year’s decorations with straw.
